A Qualitative Study on Healing Experience Through Psychodrama After Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Kim Tae-Sun

Lee Jee-Yon
Abstract
This study is a phenomenological investigation on psychodrama experiences after sexual harassment in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to understand the essence and the meaning of psychodrama experiences. A qualitative and hermeneutic phenomenological method was employed in this study. Psychodrama experiences were interviewed in depth for women who were sexually harassed at the workplace; data were analysed by four existences: time, space, relation and entire body by Van Manen. The results are as below: time is melting the blame toward self and others; space is like a club in which only the director and self can see; body has no move, no response, only unspeakable; relation is a safe relation which does not pass the boundary. This study is significant in that it confirms the effectiveness of psychodrama for sexually harassed women.
